DESCRIPTION:
This project included a prototypical 3-Bay Grease Monkey and a detached single-bay automatic car wash. Part of an larger retail center, both buildings were situated on only 1/2 acre.

The design incorporated materials and themes of the overall shopping center. Construction materials, such as the textured CMU and detailed cornices provided both interesting and functional articulation.
